The Foundation aims to contribute to the elimination of cancer by supporting, subsiding basic or clinical medical science research on cancer (lung cancer in particular), and by disseminating its results.
Activities
（１） The Foundation awards prizes to Japanese medical scientists/doctors engaged in basic and clinical practices who have published excellent cancer research papers contributing to the elimination of all forms of cancer.
（２）The Foundation hosts or cohosts lectures, symposiums, and other events in order to promote and expand cancer research and to inspire hope for the elimination of all forms of cancer.
